Spring Wellness Spotlight

Apply to be a Peer Wellness Champion

We're looking for students from each residential college and G&P school who would like to help their classmates think deeply about individual and collective wellness. This is a paid position with a day-long training in September as well as monthly meetings. PWCs may engage students in their college/school with individual conversations, small events and panels, as well as identifying and addressing systemic issues. Anticipated time commitment of 2-3hrs/week. Contact or with questions. Apply here.

Koru Mindfulness half-day meditation retreat

This half-day silent meditation retreat on Sat. 4/8 1-5pm is open to beginners and seasoned meditators alike, whether you’ve taken the popular 4-week Koru Mindfulness class or not. This retreat is open to everyone! The retreat will give you a chance to step away from your work and rest in stillness among your peers. You'll have the chance to explore a number of different mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you manage stress, improve sleep and increase overall well-being. Student Wellness Grants

The Wellness Project funded over $8K in student wellness grants this year, giving the student community creative power to improve its own well-being. Applications for future student wellness grants will open later this year, so put on your thinking cap and start dreaming big about wellness at Yale!
