Workday Financials

Workday Financials is live!

Workday Functionality Updates

Faculty Workday Inboxes - Faculty need to approve out of pocket and personal (not allowed per University Policy) expenses in Workday. Staff working as your delegate will email you when you need to approve something. If you have a delegate creating requisitions on your behalf, the expense reports they have saved to draft mode will show up in your inbox. Please do not process these.

Approving Expense Reports - Log into Workday, click the inbox worklet. Click on the report in the left panel list, on the right, scroll through the report reviewing the expenses and charging. Click the "Approve" button. If you do not see an approve button, the expense report you are looking for is not ready for approval. It may still be in progress.

Expense Report Receipts best practice - put all receipts in one PDF document in the same order you entered the expenses on the expense report. Attach the document on the attachments page or in the header area. Do not attach the document to each line.
